Tarek Helou

Tarek Helou is a Partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati since August 2019, bringing extensive legal experience from prior positions at the U.S. Department of Justice where Tarek served as Assistant Chief and Trial Attorney in the FCPA Unit, Fraud Section, Criminal Division from September 2007 to June 2019. Tarek also held the role of Assistant U.S. Attorney at the U.S. Attorney's Office from September 2007 to March 2012, and worked as an Attorney at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe from October 2001 to August 2007. Tarek earned a Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law between 1998 and 2001 and holds an educational background from The Johns Hopkins University and IAU.
