Jacob Jose

Jacob Jose is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Second Chef at Wilson Vale since June 2023 and as Sous Chef at Coasters Bristol Cafe since June 2021. Jacob has a solid background in the food industry, having worked as a Crew Member at Farsons Group from June 2019 to July 2021 and as Executive Chef at M&J Catering Ltd from March 2015 to June 2018. Jacob's educational foundation includes a degree in electronics and communication from Sunrise University in Alwar, obtained between 2011 and 2015 after attending Mar Elias College in Kottappady, Kothamangalam.
