Arvind Karthikeyan

Arvind Karthikeyan has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Arvind started their career at Rochester Institute of Technology, where they served as a Research and Teaching Assistant at the Color Management Systems Labs. Following this, they joined Pacific Southwest Container as a Quality Assurance Intern. Arvind then returned to Rochester Institute of Technology as a Graduate Assistant and later as a Research Assistant.

In 2009, Arvind joined Suddekor LLC as a Technical Process Engineer and eventually became a Senior Technical Process Engineer. In 2013, they moved to Wilsonart, where they held multiple roles. Arvind started as a Senior Process Engineer and later became a Manager Technology. Currently, Arvind holds the position of Director Technology New Process Development at Wilsonart.

Throughout their career, Arvind has accumulated expertise in process development, technical engineering, and color management. Their extensive experience in various roles and industries demonstrates their ability to adapt and contribute effectively to different work environments.

Arvind Karthikeyan completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the Jack Welch Management Institute from 2018 to 2019. Prior to this, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Print Media from the Rochester Institute of Technology from 2006 to 2008. Arvind obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) degree in Printing Technology from Anna University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006.
