Payal Sharma

Payal Sharma has a diverse work experience in the field of digital print and publishing. Payal recently worked at Wilsonart as a Digital Print Process Engineer, where they were responsible for managing digital printing processes. Before that, they held the position of Digital Print Production Specialist at the same company. Prior to joining Wilsonart, Payal worked as a Research and Development Intern in the digital print department, focusing on process control and color management. Payal also served as a Graduate Assistant at the College of Art and Design at RIT, where they assisted in printer and monitor calibration. Additionally, Payal gained experience as a Press Room Assistant at Rochester Institute of Technology, assisting with pre-press and job preflight tasks. Earlier in their career, they held the role of Editor-in-Chief at Neelkamal Publications, a leading publisher in South India, where they played a key role in enhancing the quality of education through publishing educational journals.

From 2016 to 2018, Payal Sharma attended Rochester Institute of Technology and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Print Media. Payal also earned a second MS degree in Print Media with a specialization in Printing and Graphic Arts during the same time period.

In 2014 to 2015, Payal Sharma studied at Indira Gandhi National Open University and received a Diploma in Creative Writing, with a focus on media.

From 2011 to 2014, Payal Sharma attended St. Francis College for Women and completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Mass Communication and Journalism.

Prior to that, from 2009 to 2011, Payal Sharma studied at Nasr School and obtained a Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) degree, with a focus on Science and Computer Technology.

Additionally, Payal Sharma has obtained several certifications. In 2017, they completed a course on Learning Print Production from Lynda.com.
