Steve Beaty

Steve Beaty has worked in various engineering roles throughout their career. Steve started at Hercules Aerospace/Alliant Tech Systems in 1983 as an Area Supervisor, overseeing manufacturing facilities for solid propellant rocket motors. Steve then moved to Wilsonart International in 1998, where they served as a Manufacturing Engineer, responsible for setting up CNC machinery and designing new style sinks. Steve also served as a Maintenance & Tooling Engineer, supervising maintenance technicians and providing engineering support for high-speed diamond tooling modifications. In 2010, Steve joined Wilsonart LLC as a Project/Facilities Engineer, coordinating engineering projects for facility and equipment upgrades and providing support for warehouse facility improvements across the U.S.

From 1979 to 1983, Steve Beaty attended Texas A&M University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
