Chelsea C.

Chelsea C. has a diverse work experience starting from 2015. Chelsea worked as an Emergency Dispatcher for the City of Canton, Ohio from June 2015 to October 2017. Chelsea then worked as an Intern and later as a Human Resource Generalist at Altercare Of Ohio from May 2017 to April 2019. Following that, they worked at US Acute Care Solutions as a Human Resources Shared Services Representative I from April 2019 to December 2021, and then as a Human Resources Shared Services Representative II from January 2022 to April 2022. Currently, they are working at WilsonHCG as a People and Culture Generalist from April 2022 to December 2023. Chelsea will be assuming the role of P&C Team Lead, People Operations NAM starting January 2024.

Chelsea C. holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Colorado State University Global, which was obtained from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Long Term Care Administration/Management from Kent State University at Stark, graduating in 2017. Chelsea also obtained an Associate's degree in Art/Art Studies, General from the same institution in 2016. In addition to their degrees, Chelsea has obtained certifications including Google Project Management: Specialization from Coursera (anticipated completion in 2023) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, which was obtained in December 2021.
