Stewart Cato has extensive experience in the recruitment and human capital consulting industry. Stewart began their career in 2001 as an Account Manager at S.Com and then moved on to various roles at Advantage xPO, including Solutions Consultant, Operations Manager, and Director of Workforce Solutions. In these positions, they were responsible for implementing innovative workforce strategies and managing key customer relationships. Since 2015, Stewart has been working at WilsonHCG, where they have held roles such as Client Services Manager, Client Relationship Director, and currently serves as the Vice President of Talent Operations. Stewart'sexpertise lies in creating scalable and customized human capital solutions and revolutionizing the recruitment process.

Stewart Cato attended the University of Northampton from 1998 to 2000, where they earned a BA Hons in Administration and Management.
