Erin Callaghan

Erin joined Wilton & Bain in 2017 as a Partner within the Executive Search business, focusing on the firm’s Technology, Telecoms and Digital customer base. In addition, she is the Co-Chair of Wilton & Bain’s executive women’s networking group, SWITCH , which operates across the UK and North America.

A Social Psychology graduate and accredited Hogan assessment professional, Erin combines her leadership recruitment expertise with an in-depth understanding of the science behind personality and how it aligns to leadership potential and culture fit.

Erin joined Wilton & Bain from Korn Ferry where she was part of the firm’s EMEA Advanced Technology practice, heading up Korn Ferry Professional Search’s EMEA Telecommunications specialism. During this time she also worked as the account lead for the two of the firm’s largest Telecoms accounts in the EMEA region and was and part of the global assessment team for Technology clients
