Jason Rommer has over 15 years of experience in the recruitment industry. Jason is currently a Partner at Wilton & Bain, a leading HR Consultancy. Prior to this, they were the Sector Lead for Consumer Markets at Penna. Jason has also worked as an Interim Recruitment Consultant at Langley Search & Selection and as a Senior Buying & Merchandising Consultant at Freedom Recruitment. Jason started their career as an Assistant Buyer / Buying Assistant at Robert Dyas. Jason has worked with clients across a variety of industries, including retail, FMCG, digital, change & transformation, operations, marketing & sales, and supply chain. Some of their notable clients include ASDA, Morrisons, Waterstones, eBay, SONY, TalkTalk, Crocs, RBS, Clorox, Tarmac, Smiths News, Pfizer, and Rockwool.

Jason Rommer attended Tunbridge Wells Grammar School for Boys before studying Professional Communication at Bournemouth University.
