Jo-Ann Miles

Jo-Ann joined Wilton & Bain in the Corporate Officers Practice with a key focus in the Telecoms, Technology and Digital sector. Prior to this, Jo-Ann spent eight years with Heidrick & Struggles in the South African office within the Global Technology & Services Practice working on client delivery of numerous key engagements in the market, assisting executives transition into new Group CIO’s, CTO, CEO and Chief Revenue Officer roles. Alongside this, as a functional specialist, Jo-Ann worked on numerous specialist Human Resources and commercial roles. During her time, Jo-Ann accredited as a Senn Delaney facilitator and delivered a number of culture shaping workshops within a telecoms client.

Above her 17 years of search experience gained in listed and boutique firms, Jo-Ann gained internal recruitment strategy and project team experience as she led the candidate management recruitment team within Accenture South Africa for a number of years.
