Declan O'Leary

Declan O'Leary is an experienced leader in the food and consumer goods industry, currently serving as President and Managing Director at Wilton Brands since January 2020. Prior to this role, Declan held the position of Managing Director at Dr. Oetker Queen Australia Pty Ltd from January 2011 to January 2020, and previously at Dr. Oetker Ireland from January 2005 to December 2010, where Declan progressed from Commercial Manager to Country Manager and finally to Managing Director. Earlier career experience includes a role as Sales & Marketing Manager at Onken Dairy UK Limited from 2001 to 2004 and various commercial roles at The Kerrygold Co Ltd between 1998 and 2001. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate in Management & Marketing and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from University College Cork.
