Kelsey Castle

Kelsey Castle is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Wilton Brands since June 2022, Kelsey provides strategic guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, and employee development, while also collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance recruitment processes. Prior to this role, Kelsey worked at Target from August 2016 to May 2022 as a Store Director and Executive Team Leader in Human Resources, managing HR activities for stores with over 100 employees, including recruitment, training, and employee relations. Kelsey's early career includes internships at State Farm, where skills in customer experience analysis and training material development were honed. Kelsey holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, both from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
