Shanta McGahey

Shanta McGahey's work experience includes serving as the Director of Masterbrand and Community at Wilton Brands since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Land O'Frost, starting in March 2014. At Land O'Frost, they held various roles such as Director of Insights & Integrated Marketing Communications from June 2020 to April 2023, Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing Communications from September 2017 to June 2020, and Senior Brand Manager from March 2014 to September 2017. Before Land O'Frost, Shanta worked at Meda from January 2009 to October 2010 as an Associate Product Manager and Brand Manager. Shanta also served as a Marketing and Communications Manager at MSTSD, Inc. from January 2007 to October 2008. Additionally, they worked as a Communications Coordinator at John Wieland Homes from 2005 to 2007 and as an Editorial Assistant at Chattanooga Magazine from 2004 to 2005.

Shanta McGahey attended Appalachian State University from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing and International Business.
