Greg Gillam

Greg Gillam serves as the Service Delivery & FinOps Lead at Wilton Re since October 2023. Prior to this role, Greg held various leadership positions including Vice President Operations and Senior Director of Operations at Kameo from January 2022 to April 2024, and Director of Operations at Progressive Health Companies between September 2017 and January 2022. Greg has extensive experience in operational leadership, including roles as Director of Operations at Turnbridge Westport and Director of Clinical Operations at Westport House, a Turnbridge Program. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Graduate Student Intern at Caron Treatment Centers and providing behavioral intervention services as a Therapeutic Staff Support at The Institute for Behavior Change. Greg holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Immaculata University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg.
