Olga Tsimbal

Olga Tsimbal is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at WIM.Agency since August 2019, Olga has also been involved in freelance Human Resources consulting since October 2010, focusing on career consulting and coaching. Previous roles include Head of Recruitment and Adaptation at Связной, where team management and recruitment process optimization were key responsibilities, as well as similar positions at Enter-Svyaznoy and Groupon Russia, where recruitment leadership was emphasized.
