Shanna Borell

Shanna Borell, LCSW-C, currently serves as a Psychotherapist at Wimberley Wellness since January 2025. Prior experience includes roles such as Behavioral Health Consultant and Complex Care Manager at AbsoluteCare, where Shanna provided psychotherapy and care management for clients with complex medical and behavioral health needs. Shanna has also held the position of Director of Mental Health First Aid at the Mental Health Association of Maryland, overseeing program development and implementation. With extensive experience at Behavioral Health System Baltimore, including Special Projects Manager and Adult Services Manager, Shanna has focused on procurement, contract management, system-level planning, and care management. Shanna earned a Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland Baltimore and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Towson University, alongside an Associate of Science in Psychology from Hagerstown Community College.
