Joe Livesay

Joe Livesay has accumulated significant experience in the construction industry since beginning a career at WIMCO Corp. in September 2019, progressing from Project Intern to Assistant Superintendent and currently serving as Superintendent. Responsibilities at WIMCO included logistics supervision and completing submittals and RFIs, with Procore certification. Prior internships at Clancy & Theys Construction Company involved project management tasks for the Flats on Front Multi-Family Project and a Superintendent Intern role focusing on safety orientations, inspections, and coordination meetings. Additional work experience includes roles in golf course management and as an office assistant/technician at Express Pump Repair. Joe Livesay earned a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from East Carolina University, building upon earlier education at the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
