Chris Mals

Chris Mals has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as a Construction Estimator at Wimmer Communities since August 2016. In addition, Chris has held the position of Project Manager/Estimator at KPH Environmental since June 2015, and has been involved with KPH Construction in various roles since March 2014, including Estimator/Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager. Key responsibilities have included tracking bid opportunities and attending site visits. Chris's early experience includes a significant project with Habitat for Humanity International, where a new bathroom addition was constructed for a school lacking indoor plumbing. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Milwaukee School of Engineering, earned in 2013, and graduated from Palatine High School in 2009.
