Jen Ade

Jen Ade has extensive experience in the property management industry. Jen started their career as a Property Manager at Affiliated Capitol Corporation from 1998 to 2002. Jen then worked at Terrapin Properties as a Broker/Rental Property Manager for five years, where they achieved significant accomplishments such as increasing occupancy by 58% and generating $1,400,000 in sales within one month. Jen then transitioned to Century 21 White Real Estate as a Broker Associate from 2008 to 2010. Following this, they joined Oakbrook Corporation as a Regional Manager from 2010 to 2016, during which time they managed multiple properties. Jen later served as the Vice President of Property Management at Wimmer Communities from 2016 to their current position at Oakbrook Corporation as a Regional Manager since 2018. Throughout their career, Jen has demonstrated strong leadership skills, cost reduction abilities, and a knack for exceeding sales goals.

Jen Ade attended Gateway Tech from 2000 to 2002, where they obtained a degree in Accounting. Jen also received a Real Estate Brokers License and a Real Estate Sales License, although the years of completion for these licenses are unknown.
