Anna Whittemore

Anna Whittemore has a diverse work experience. Anna started their career as an Academy Representative at Massachusetts Maritime Academy Admissions Department in 2009. From there, they held various roles including Assistant Teacher/Proctor Intern/Residential Adviser at Cape Cod Collaborative Advanced Studies Leadership in 2010, Cadet Officer at Transoceanic Cable Shipping Company in 2011, and Supervisor at Massachusetts Maritime Academy in 2012. Anna then became a 3rd Assistant Engineer at Noble Drilling in 2013, where they were responsible for managing and troubleshooting power distribution on a deep water drillship. In 2016, Anna joined Karl Senner, LLC as a Sales Engineer before moving on to become a Logistics Manager at Marquette Transportation Company, LLC in 2018. Currently, they serve as the President of the Southeast Louisiana Chapter at WIMOs Association and Vice President of Sales & Logistics Gulf-Inland at Marquette Transportation Company, LLC.

Anna Whittemore received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Engineering from Massachusetts Maritime Academy, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Anna has also obtained certifications from the U.S. Coast Guard, including Chief Engineer (Limited - Upon Oceans, Near Coastal, and Great Lakes), Chief Engineer (OSV), and Second Assistant Engineer Unlimited.
