Caroline Abbott

Caroline Abbott has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the marine industry. Caroline began their career as a Student Technician at Texas A&M University at Galveston from March 2012 to May 2014. Caroline then joined Sabine Surveyors, LTD. in 2014 as a Marine Surveyor, where they conducted P&I and draft surveys on the Mississippi River and also worked as a port engineer in the Shipyard Services Division until October 2020. In 2019, Caroline joined WIMOs Association, initially serving as the President for the Houston Chapter from November 2019 to December 2021, and later transitioning to the role of Director of Marketing and Brand Management from January 2022. Caroline is currently employed at Marine Spill Response Corporation as a Marine Engineer, responsible for managing and executing drydockings and underwater inspections, as well as providing technical engineering guidance for MSRC equipment modifications and repairs.

Caroline Abbott obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marine Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University Galveston Campus. Caroline completed their education from 2009 to 2014.
