Amanda Santoyo served as the Head of Social Support at Win Brands Group from April 2020 to the present. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at QALO, including Customter Service & Relations Manager starting in March 2019 and CPS SR. Coordinator and Social Media Specialist starting in October 2016.

Amanda Santoyo has a strong educational background in communications and marketing. Amanda obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from California State University, Fullerton, completing their studies from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they had already attended the same university from 2012 to 2015, majoring in Psychology with a minor in Marketing.

In addition to their formal education, Amanda has also obtained certifications in social media marketing. In April 2021, they completed the "Become a Social Media Marketer" and "Social Media Marketing Foundations" certifications offered by LinkedIn. These certifications further enhance their skills and expertise in the field of marketing, specifically in the area of social media.
