Klaus Krüder has a comprehensive work experience in the wind energy industry. Klaus began their career in 1994 as a Manager of International Sales at AN Windenergie GmbH, where they worked until 1999. Klaus then joined DeWind GmbH as an International Sales Manager for a year. In 2004, Krüder became the CEO of Voith Industrial Services Wind GmbH, a position they held until 2011. From 2012 to 2017, they served as the CEO of juwi Operation & Maintenance GmbH. Following this, Krüder worked as a Sales Director of Key Accounts at the Danish Wind Power Academy from 2017 to 2020. In 2021, they became the Sales Director of Key Accounts Germany at WinJi AG. Currently, Krüder is working as an Interim Manager at BayWa r.e. Operation Services GmbH and as an Interim Manager Renewables elsewhere.
Klaus Krüder pursued their education from 1981 to 1986 at the University of Bremen. During this time, they completed a degree in Diplomökonom, specializing in Wirtschaftswissenschaften (Economics). Additionally, they also obtained a degree in Dipl. Oec. with a focus on Business/Managerial Economics.
