Our mission is to support working parents.

Traditionally parenting education was considered to be in the domain of the family. Today, as part of corporate social responsibility, employee wellbeing programs, Win Win Parenting partners with companies to empower their employees to succeed at home so they can succeed at work.

By working with companies that genuinely want to support working families, Win Win Parenting Programs provide parents with the skills and resources to better manage the work-life interface.

When parents aren't managing at home it inevitably affects their work. By empowering parents to manage better at home there is a positive spill over effect at work with less absenteeism, less turnover and higher productivity which is a win for business.

Win Win Parenting has delivered seminars and programs in the public and private sectors including: Google, Lendlease, State Street, HSBC, Red Balloon; ABC, Australia Human Rights Commission,The University of Sydney, Deakin University, Professional bodies including CPA Australia & CAANZ & childcare centres.

Parenting education in the workplace is good for kids, good for parents and good for business.
