Janna Gilbert

Janna Gilbert serves as Partner and President at Luminary Labs, where leadership spans open innovation, strategy, and client services for government, nonprofit, and Fortune 500 clients. With a strong focus on recruiting, professional development, and cultivating a positive organizational culture, Janna has held multiple roles at Luminary Labs, including President and Client Partner. As an Ambassador for WIN: Women in Innovation, Janna contributes to fostering a community of female innovators. Additional experience includes mentorship at Techstars Washington DC, adjunct faculty at the School of Visual Arts, and strategic roles at McKinsey & Company and Securitas Capital. Janna holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and dual BS degrees in Finance and Economics from The Wharton School.
