Katie Burwick

Katie Burwick currently serves as the Business Design Manager at Bow&Arrow since June 2022. With a rich background in innovation and design, Katie has been a member of the Emeritus Council for WIN: Women in Innovation since March 2016, following contributions to WIN London's leadership team and as Experience Design Lead of WIN Relay. Previous experience includes freelance design and strategic roles, a master's internship in product design at Chewy, and positions at Anomaly and Fahrenheit 212 as an Innovation Strategist and Associate, respectively. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Design from the Rhode Island School of Design, a Bachelor of Arts in History and Spanish from Davidson College, and summer study abroad at The University of Edinburgh and Universidad de Cádiz.
