Melissa Beight is a skilled professional in the venture capital and innovation sectors, currently serving as a Senior Associate at Altai Ventures since April 2023, focusing on early-stage investments in insuretech, fintech, and enterprise software. As a Board Director for WIN: Women in Innovation, Melissa oversees the Development Committee and leads the Awards Program, having previously developed a robust development team and launched WIN’s inaugural individual giving campaign, Raise to Rise. With experience as a Senior Engagement Manager at VIVALDI_ and Product & UX Strategy Lead at Motivate Design, Melissa has demonstrated leadership in product innovation and user experience across diverse industries, including roles at Christian Louboutin and Saks Fifth Avenue. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Strategic Design and Management from Parsons School of Design, complemented by study abroad experiences at Parsons Paris and Central Saint Martins.
