As Co-Founder of Contentera and through various leadership positions at Targetspot, Jean-Louis has demonstrated expertise in customer support, client services, and implementation management. Educational qualifications include a post-baccalaureate/master’s degree in Business Informatics from Ecole d'Ergologie de Belgique and a bachelor's degree in IT from IPL & EPFC.
