Arthur Yu-Cheng Chiao

Arthur Yu-Cheng Chiao has served as Chairman at Winbond since October 1987 and previously held the same position at 華新麗華 from June 1986 to June 1993. Arthur Yu-Cheng Chiao obtained a Master of Engineering degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Washington and also pursued studies at National Chiao Tung University.
