Hayley Scott

Hayley Scott is an accomplished professional with a strong background in social impact and ethical sourcing. Currently serving as the Head of Social Impact and previously as Social Procurement Manager at Winc Australia since October 2020, Hayley has extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. From November 2019 to October 2020, Hayley worked as Ethical Sourcing Manager at Designworks Clothing Company Pty Ltd. Prior consultancy work with Ethically Made focused on providing responsible sourcing advice to small and medium-sized businesses. Hayley's earlier roles include Category Strategy Manager at Fonterra, Buying Manager at TPF Australia, and Assistant Category Manager at Redgroup Retail, alongside a foundational position as Purchasing Officer at Silvan Australia. Hayley holds a Master's degree in Humanitarian Assistance from Deakin University and an MBA from the University of Otago.
