Helen Hughes

Helen Hughes is an experienced professional in instructional design and content development, currently serving as the Instructional Design & Content Manager at Wincanton since March 2024. Previously, Helen worked at Shell Energy from October 2022 to March 2024 as a Learning Content Developer, where responsibilities included collaborating with subject matter experts and conducting needs analysis to create targeted learning content. Prior to that, a significant tenure at Topps Tiles from October 2009 to October 2022 encompassed roles as Lead e-learning Developer and E-learning Developer. Helen's career began as a Web Developer at MPS & BBI International Ltd from June 2008 to October 2009. Helen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Multimedia Computing from De Montfort University, completed in 2008.
