Jonathon Pinch

Jonathon Pinch is a seasoned communications professional currently serving as the Head of Internal Communications and Employee Engagement at Wincanton since August 2021. In this role, Jonathon drives engagement and culture through effective internal communications, aiming to strengthen the employer brand. Prior experience includes leading internal communications strategies for 20,000 employees at Wincanton and managing communications for various projects at Newcross Healthcare Solutions and Cardiff University. Jonathon has a solid background in internal and external communications, public relations, and employee engagement across multiple organizations, including phs Group and the UK Government. An alumnus of Swansea University, Jonathon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication.
