Nicki Milner

Nicki Milner serves as a Health and Safety Officer at Wincanton, starting in May 2022, with a focus on enhancing safety culture at the LDH site in Sproughton. Prior experience includes a role as Stores Manager at bf1systems Ltd, managing logistics of electronics components for the motorsport and automotive sectors, and an extensive tenure at Muntons Plc in various safety and operations positions, including Health and Safety Advisor and Warehouse Manager, where Nicki drove significant improvements in safety, operations, and logistics. Throughout a career spanning over three decades in logistics and safety roles at companies such as NHS Supply Chain, Toymaster Ltd, and VOW Wholesale, notable achievements involve efficient inventory management, successful project management, and staff training initiatives. Nicki has also self-funded further education in HR, achieving CIPD Level 3, alongside active engagement in safety projects and training development.
