Doris Mundschin

Doris Mundschin has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as Leiterin Nebenkosten and holding several leadership roles at Wincasa since October 2013, including Fachverantwortung Heiz- und Betriebskosten and Filialleiterin for the Bern and Baden branches. Prior to Wincasa, Doris worked at Rhombus Partner Immobilien AG as Bewirtschafterin Geschäftshäuser for a short duration and at PRIVERA AG as Teamleiterin Geschäftshäuser from August 2008 to June 2013. Doris started a career in property management at Intercity Group Holding AG, where responsibilities included managing properties from March 2003 to July 2008. Education includes a degree in Immobilienbewirtschaftung from SVIT Basel, obtained between 2009 and 2011.
