Aino Grapin

Aino-Leena Grapin is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the design, art, and luxury sectors. Currently serving as CEO of Winch Design since September 2016, Aino-Leena has been instrumental in the company's expansion into private aviation design and architecture. Prior to this role, Aino-Leena held several key positions at Paddle8, including Chief Executive Officer for the UK, where responsibilities included managing auction operations following the merger with Auctionata. Aino-Leena also served as Managing Director for Europe & the Middle East and managed Paddle8's Private Sales. Previous experience includes a directorial role at ALGAL Ltd, and significant positions at Christie's, where responsibilities spanned international business management and strategic project management. Aino-Leena began a career in corporate strategy at Bain & Company and gained foundational experience as an analyst at Goldman Sachs. Academic credentials include an MBA from INSEAD and a Master’s degree in Business from ESSEC Business School.
