Nigel Carrington

Nigel Carrington is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in governance and strategic roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees at The Art Fund since March 2023, Carrington also holds the position of Chair at Winch Design, THE SATURDAY CLUB TRUST, Henry Moore Foundation, and Burgh House. Previously, Carrington was Vice Chancellor at the University of the Arts London from September 2008 to March 2021 and served as Chair at Advance HE and Creative UK, along with non-executive directorships at Universities UK and Hornby Hobbies Ltd. Carrington's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Law from the University of Oxford and a Graduate Diploma in the History of Art from The Courtauld Institute of Art.
