Mary Cunningham

Mary Cunningham has an extensive background in music education and performance, currently serving as a Faculty Member at Winchester Community Music School and Powers Music School since August 2023 and September 1987, respectively. As the Artistic Director of THE HALALISA SINGERS INC since September 2004, Mary has played a significant role in the organization. Prior positions include Music Director at Unitarian Universalist Church of Reading from September 2013 to August 2023 and Director of Music at Melrose Unitarian Universalist Church from September 2008 to June 2013. Mary also held the position of Conference Co-Chair at Ferry Beach Association in 2009. Educated at Case Western Reserve University with a Bachelor of Science in Music Education, Mary furthered music studies with a Master of Music in Music Performance from the Cleveland Institute of Music and an Erste Diplom in Music Performance from Universität Mozarteum Salzburg.
