Jacqueline Paolino is currently a weight loss surgeon at Winchester Hospital. Prior to that, they were a bariatric surgery fellow at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center from August 2019 to August 2020. From June 2014 to August 2020, they were a general surgery resident at Tufts Medical Center. From August 2010 to June 2014, they were a medical student at Mount Sinai School of Medicine. From August 2009 to April 2010, they were a student researcher at Naval Medical Research Unit 3, conducting molecular and cellular studies on sand flies and the Leishmaniasis parasite. From January 2008 to June 2008, they were a student researcher at Brigham and Women's Hospital, studying the biology of gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST) and developing a model to study the development of resistance to main line cancer treatments. Jacqueline also used molecular techniques to study KIT protein in melanoma, and they worked on a study to compare many samples of GIST on a genomic level.
