Mary Beth Strauss has extensive nursing leadership experience, currently serving as the Associate Chief Nursing Officer for Quality/Patient Safety & Magnet at Winchester Hospital since 1997. Strauss provides oversight for quality, patient safety, and risk management, leading the organization in achieving high performance on nationally standardized quality metrics. Previously, as the Director of Magnet and Special Projects, Strauss successfully guided the hospital to its third Magnet designation.
