Julie Liu

Julie Liu is a seasoned professional in information systems, compliance, and cybersecurity, currently serving as the Senior Information Systems and CMMC Manager at Winchester Interconnect since April 2025. Prior to this role, Julie held the position of Compliance Officer at Choice Cyber Solutions from March 2024 to April 2025, guiding organizations in achieving regulatory compliance. Julie's expertise in governance, risk, and compliance was further developed at onShore Security from April 2023 to March 2024.
