Emily Onorato

Emily Onorato is an experienced educator currently serving as a Middle School Teacher in the North Allegheny School District, teaching 7th and 8th Grade English Language Arts since August 2018. Emily’s teaching background includes long-term substitute roles for 6th and 7th Grades, along with a variety of instructional roles at Winchester Thurston School, where responsibilities have included summer camp instruction and coaching youth basketball. Emily has also contributed as a Teaching Assistant at Penn State University and held leadership positions such as Vice President for Member Development in the Panhellenic Council and Chair for THON. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Reading Education and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Pittsburgh and Penn State University, respectively.
