Julia Posteraro is a seasoned finance and operations executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across non-profit and educational institutions. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Finance & Operations at Winchester Thurston School, Julia has previously held significant positions including Finance Director at The Midwife Center For Birth & Women's Health, where responsibilities involved managing the financial health of the largest freestanding birth center in the U.S. Notable past roles include Senior Finance Manager at the University of Pittsburgh, and Finance and Operations Manager at the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, where Julia managed sizable budgets for global health programs.
