Jacob Peterson

Jacob Peterson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jacob currently holds the position of Associate Director of Operations at Winchester Ammunition, where they have been working since June 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Operations Manager at the same company from November 2021 to July 2023.

Before joining Winchester Ammunition, Jacob gained experience in law enforcement as a Reserve Police Officer at the Carrollton Police Department from December 2018 to January 2023. Jacob also served as a Field Training Officer/Police Officer at the Chillicothe Police Department from September 2014 to November 2017, and as a Deputy Sheriff/Chaplain at the Livingston County Sheriff's Office from December 2013 to September 2014.

In addition to their law enforcement experience, Jacob has held managerial positions in the manufacturing sector. Jacob worked at Sonoco as a Plant Quality Manager II from February 2021 to November 2021, and as a Plant Quality Manager from June 2020 to February 2021. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Northrop Grumman, including Manager Production 2 and Manager Production 1.

Jacob's work experience also includes serving as a Machine Technician at Northrop Grumman from November 2017 to July 2018, and as a Youth Pastor at Olive Point Southern Baptist Church from August 2010 to May 2013.

Jacob Peterson began their education at Southwest Baptist University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Biblical Studies from 2009 to 2013. Jacob then pursued further education at Metropolitan Community College-Blue River in 2013, earning an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Criminal Justice/Police Science. In 2016, Jacob attended Arizona State University, where they achieved a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Emergency Management and Homeland Security. Jacob'seducation journey continued in 2022 at Northwest Missouri State University, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business/Commerce, General.

Jacob has also acquired various certifications throughout their career. In 2021, they obtained the Insurance Agent certification for Accident, Health, Life, Variable Life & Variable Annuities from the Missouri Department of Commerce & Insurance. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Missouri Law Enforcement Firearms Instructor and a POST Specialist Instructor from Missouri POST and the Missouri Department of Public Safety, respectively.
