Jim Shantz, MSHR, has a strong background in human resources and labor relations. Jim most recently held the position of Director - Human Resources, Labor Relations, Payroll and Security at Winchester Ammunition. Previously, they served as Director - Labor Relations North America at Henkel. Jim also worked as a Human Resources/ Labor Relations Manager for US Operations at PQ Corporation, overseeing HR and labor relations for 28 plants. Prior to that, they held various roles at Johns Manville, including Labor Relations Leader and Regional Human Resources Manager. Jim's early career included roles as a Human Resources Manager at Eaton Corp. and Pactiv, where they managed the HR function and implemented various initiatives.
Jim Shantz, MSHR obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Human Resources Development from Webster Vienna Private University, where they studied from 2002 to 2004. Prior to their Master's degree, Jim received a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Southwest Baptist University. The specific field of study for their Bachelor's degree is not provided.
