Paul Bowler has been working in the industry since 2011. Paul began their career as an Agile Delivery Lead at B&Q, then moved to eCreation Media Technology Ltd as a Senior Consultant. Paul then went on to become the Agile & Lean Coach at UBS Investment Bank, followed by the Agile Practice Lead at OpenCredo. In 2012, they were appointed as the Head of Delivery at Radical Company and Technical Consultant at News UK. In 2017, they became a Judge at the International Wine & Spirit Competition, and in 2018 they were appointed as the Master Blender at The Blend Academy. Most recently, they have been the Founder & Managing Director at Winchester Distillery since 2014.
Paul Bowler has an extensive education history. Paul obtained a Level 4 Diploma in Wine from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust between 2018 and 2020. Paul also obtained a Level 3 Certificate in Spirits from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust in 2019. Paul also holds a Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance.
