Gonzalo Olmedo has extensive work experience in various industries.

In 2011, they worked as a Human Resources Analyst at Tarjeta Naranja S.A., the main credit card company in Argentina. In this role, they managed budgets for several sub-areas related to human resources and was involved in organizing employee activities.

In 2013, Gonzalo joined Promedon as a Management Trainee. Promedon is a leading company in research, development, production, and distribution of medical technology. Gonzalo assisted in the development of the Balanced Scorecard and was involved in strategic implementation.

Also in 2013, they co-founded Winclap, where their role was focused on growth transformation and rebuilding the growth infrastructure for companies to thrive.
