Elaine Shen

Elaine Shen currently serves as the Executive Vice President for the Foodservice Channel at CFS Brands since January 2024. Prior to this role, Elaine held multiple leadership positions at Winco from October 2009, including President and VP of Marketing, where responsibilities included managing key national accounts, developing a marketing department, and overseeing a fast-paced product development team. Elaine's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Canada from September 2006 to September 2009, where strategic project management was applied to assist a major energy company with compliance standards and managing substantial project budgets. Elaine holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ivey Business School at Western University.
