Billy McCartney

Billy McCartney is the founding and managing partner at Wincoram Asset Management. Prior to this, they were the CEO of Flat Rock Development from January 2013 to October 2020. Before that, they were a commodity trader at Vitol Group from February 2004 to December 2012.

Billy McCartney graduated from West Virginia University with a degree in chemical engineering.
