Ørjan Fredriksen

Vice President Global Design at Wind Catching Systems

Ørjan Fredriksen has a diverse work experience in the engineering and maritime industries. Ørjan most recently worked as the Vice President Global Design at Wind Catching Systems, where they were responsible for the overall global design of their disruptive multi-rotor technology for the floating wind industry. Prior to that, they held various roles at DNV, including Senior Engineer in Maritime Advisory, Head of Structural Engineering, and Senior Engineer in Offshore Classification. Ørjan also worked as an intern at DNV and Aker Solutions, and as a teaching assistant at Norges teknisk-naturvitenskapelige universitet (NTNU). Additionally, they have sales experience at Expert AS.

Ørjan Fredriksen attended the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 2007 to 2012, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Marine Technology. Prior to that, they studied at Valler Videregående Skole, but no specific degree or field of study information is available for that period.
