Kevin Wolf

CEO & Co-Founder at Wind Harvest International

Kevin Wolf is the CEO and Co-Founder of Wind Harvest International, a position they have held since December 2006. Prior to that, they were the owner and principal of Wolf and Associates from January 1992 to December 2006. Wolf and Associates was a consulting company that specialized in consensus-based facilitation of strategic planning, environmental dispute resolution and public processes. They also provided expert advice on how to organize and plan to achieve identified milestones. In 1999, Kevin started consulting for the Wind Harvest Company, which they would eventually co-found. The company used open-source software to develop web based libraries and portals for clients. The web portal part of the business is now being run by David Sieband.

From January 1981 to December 1992, Kevin was the Director of Organizing for Friends of the River. Kevin graduated from UC Davis in 1980 with a degree in Evolution and Ecology (Zoology). Kevin was responsible for collecting petition signatures and organizing the campaign to pass the "California Water Conservation and Efficiency Act." Unfortunately, the act failed in the Nov. 1982 election. For the next 10 years, Kevin worked as the lead organizer for Friends of the River, a non-profit environmental group.

Kevin Wolf's educational career began with a BS in Zoology from the University of California, Davis. Kevin then went on to pursue a career in Evolution and Ecology.
